How Can I Help?

Help plan and procure the decorations and direct set up the day before the event.

The chairperson is responsible for organizing and working with teachers for each grade on ideas, and descriptions of experience. Chair creates project description and displays for auction night.

The chairperson will be the emcee for the evening and direct set up for the evening including layouts, table settings, lighting, etc. in advance. Coordinates and oversees Set Up Team, works with volunteers to ensure proper set up and materials, are in place. Also works with Clean Up Chairperson to advise to any special clean up requests. The chair also helps coordinate and oversee the Setup Team volunteers.

Set Up Team helps to transport necessary materials to the venue one day prior to the event night, works to ensure proper set up of materials, tables/chairs, linen, lighting, and assures all other items are available and placed to day before. This team may also assist the Decorations team, if needed.

The chairperson is responsible for the registration table including checking in guests, checking out guests, collecting money, coordinating volunteers at registration table and close of event.

The Registration Team helps assist guests with check in and check out the night.

The chairperson is responsible for taking photos of event and teams, including set up. The chairperson will download, review, organize and store photos to disc to be given to Fundraising Chair.

This person will obtain sponsors for our event.
